Warranty and Returns

Genesis Technical Systems offers several product warranties

Software Warranty

Software developed by Genesis Technical Systems will, at the time of delivery, be free from defects that materially affect performance as measured against those described in the Genesis Technical Systems specifications and associated documentation.

Hardware Warranty

Hardware manufactured or repaired by Genesis Technical Systems will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to the Genesis Technical Systems specifications and associated documentation for the product.

Repair Warranty

Genesis Technical Systems only warrants a product or service that is purchased and repaired through Genesis Technical Systems.

Process

  1. Contact our customer support department to verify the product failure
  2. The Customer Service Representative will initiate steps to correct the problem by remote support methods i.e. phone, email or remote access where available
  3. If it is determined that the problem is the result of product failure covered under the Genesis Technical System’s warranty policy, then a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) request will need to be raised through the online portal
  4. An RMA number will be issued to cover the return
  5. You will be regularly updated on the RMA progress and outcomes
