Genesis Technical Systems provides technical support and customer service to our network of communications service providers, network operators and partners throughout the world.
The Technical Support Team are our most experienced system engineers with a detailed in-depth knowledge on all the hardware and software within the Genesis product and solutions. They will respond to and handle all escalated technical issues and enquiries.
The Customer Service Team are able to respond to and will take ownership of all commercial, service and non-technical issues.
